Our programs

Support built around real life

Weekly food baskets

Healthy groceries for individuals and families, including fresh produce when available. Delivery offered depending on availability.

Home delivery (case-by-case)

For neighbours with limited mobility or transportation challenges, we bring the basket to you.

School support deliveries

In partnership with local schools we deliver food baskets, breakfast items and cultural foods where possible.

Seasonal family support

Holiday baskets, back-to-school help and emergency support when it’s needed most.

Eligibility

Very few requirements

Every situation is unique, so our food-assistance program keeps requirements to a minimum.

  • You live in our community, or
  • You are facing any food difficulties

If either is true, you can receive help. We trust our community and aim to support anyone who needs it.

Your privacy is protected

Complete confidentiality

  • We don’t share your details with anyone outside our organization.
  • We don’t contact outside agencies without your consent.
  • We only collect the information needed to serve you well.

Common questions

Is it really free?
Yes. There is never any cost to receive food support from La Maison Entre Familles.
Do I need to prove my income?
No income documents are required. We may ask a few basic questions to understand your household needs, plan food quantities and respect dietary or cultural preferences — nothing more.
Why do you ask for some information?
Only to serve you better: to understand household size, plan quantities and respect dietary or cultural preferences. It’s stored securely and accessed only by authorized volunteers.
How do I register?
Fill out our online registration form, or contact us by phone or email and we’ll guide you through it.
Can you deliver to me?
In some cases, yes. We offer case-by-case home delivery for those with mobility or transportation challenges. Ask us when you register.
What if I’m not sure I qualify?
Reach out anyway. If you’re facing food difficulty, we want to help. There’s no harm in asking, and the conversation stays private.
