>> Volunteers are encouraged to secure personal insurance that covers medical, accident, and liability risks during their volunteer activities.
>> * La Maison Entre Familles does not provide insurance for volunteers.

> **2. Liability Waiver / Clause de Non-Responsabilité**
>> Volunteers agree to release La Maison Entre Familles from liability for any injuries, accidents, or damage that may occur while volunteering, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
>> * Volunteers may be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging this risk.
