> **1. Roles / Rôles**
>> Volunteers must adhere to the roles and responsibilities assigned to them by La Maison Entre Familles, including:
>> * Assisting in food distribution, event setup, or other assigned duties.
>> * Completing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
>> * Communicating with staff about any issues or delays that may arise during volunteer activities.

> **2. Attendance and Punctuality / Présence et Ponctualité**
>> Volunteers are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled shifts and notify the organization if they cannot attend or need to reschedule.

> **3. Professional Behavior / Comportement Professionnel**
>> Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves professionally while representing the organization. This includes:
>> * Communicating respectfully with fellow volunteers, staff, and the families served.
>> * Wearing appropriate attire and maintaining good personal hygiene.
>> * Being flexible and adaptable to changing volunteer needs.

> **4. Reporting / Rapport**
>> Volunteers are expected to track their volunteer hours and report them as required by the organization.
